Join me at the beautiful Lodge at Smoky Cove in the Smoky Mountains for a yoga, meditation and self-inquiry retreat. We’ll nurture your body, mind and soul while pampering you with personal attention, beautiful scenery and delicious meals prepared by our private chef.

Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the mountain top resort. Energize yourself with relaxation, Mother Nature and silence.

This retreat is accessible to yogis with all levels of experience—beginners as well as experienced practitioners welcome! Modifications will be given to take your practice up or down a notch.

RELAX…RESTORE…RENEW…

Arrive anytime after 3:00pm on Thursday, April 27, and settle into your room.  We will meet as a group at 6:00pm for a meet and greet on the patio, after which you will enjoy a restorative class to prepare for a dreamy night’s sleep.

Each day you will experience yoga, meditation and pranayama classes, and plenty of free time for exploring, journalling or even napping!

Optional activities may include hiking in the Smoky mountains, field trip to a local waterfall, or an excursion to the charming town of Sylvia.

Room Accommodations:  Yoga community members save $100. Registration is inclusive of three night’s lodging, meals and instruction—everything you’ll need, except for transportation to the lodge:

  • Shared (shared bedroom/shared bathroom)

  • Semi-private (private bedroom/shared bathroom)

  • Private (private bedroom/private bathroom)
