Work with me one-on-one to live a more satisfying life. The personalized program may include healthy eating, movement, breathing and meditation/stress management.

The subscription package includes:

  • 2 (50 minute) sessions per month

  • Unlimited email support in between sessions

  • Notes of our sessions + follow up research

  • Recommended reading list

  • Custom handouts

  • Other fun premiums such as discounted private yoga and meditation sessions, samples of my healthy cooking and organic produce from my garden, to name a few.

$295 per month. Three-month commitment auto-paid monthly or pay in full and save $88.
