New to our yoga community? Come try it out for two weeks!
For $39 you get unlimited live classes over Zoom for 14 days. Come once or come every day. It’s a chance to try different classes, get to know the teachers and see how yoga fits into your week.
We laugh, we breathe, we build strong muscles, minds and bones, and we have a whole lot of fun doing it. Every class is adaptable for any level. We offer plenty of ways to take your practice up or down a notch, and since you’re at home (maybe in your jammies), you can do whatever feels good.
Here’s how it works:
Live class schedule (Central time):
Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10 to 11am: all-levels flow
Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 to 9:30am: all-levels flow
Your two weeks start on the day of your first class, so there’s no rush to get started
Once you sign up, you’ll get an email with the Zoom link, the class schedule and a quick waiver
The same Zoom link works for every class
