During this crazy time of COVID, I’ve enjoyed an unexpected reconnection with my dear friend Kitty Yeung Downer via Facebook. I met Kitty years ago in Dubai, when she was a student in my yoga class and we became friends. We met up in New York several years ago, but had lost touch until Kitty, now an international speaker, mentor and author, reached out during this crazy pandemic.
