Feeling stressed, tense or anxious? Or would you simply like to chill out? Relax & Restore is designed to help you do just that. This 90 minute restorative­ class will focus on gentle movements, breathing and deep relaxation, to leave you feeling relaxed, restored and rejuvenated.
