I am so grateful that we seem to becoming out of not only winter, but the COVID winter as well. We might finally feel more free to to travel, see friends and family, get our hair and nails done…what a relief! I didn’t realize how much I missed things things.

At the same time, I’m super grateful for some unintended consequences of this pandemic, especially my amazing online yoga community.

This community is for you if you want to:

Class schedule (all times are Central Standard Time - like Chicago)

  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 10-11am. All-levels basic flow

  • Tuesday/Thursday, 8:30-9:30am. All-levels flow with options for more advanced poses

  • All classes are adaptable for any level. I offer plenty of modifications for taking your practice up or down a notch. And of course, since you’re in your own living room (and maybe your jammies), you can do whatever you please!
